Marisa Greenberg, President
Marisa is a fourth-year public relations major minoring in leadership from Scottsdale, Arizona. Prior to assuming her role as President, she served as Treasurer on our executive board and has been an active member since her sophomore year. Her favorite PRSSA memory is attending the PRSSA 2024 National Assembly, where she had the opportunity to connect with PR students and leaders from all over the country.

Heidi Wicks, Vice President
Heidi is a senior majoring in public relations, with a focus on sport and entertainment law and risk management and a minor in Innovation. Heidi plans to attend law school after graduation. She has been an active member of UF PRSSA since her freshman year, previously serving as a chapter ambassador and the vice president of programming. Heidi will be continuing her role as vice president this year, having served in the same position last year. As vice president, Heidi's responsibilities include member recruitment and organizing the annual trip to PRSA's ICON conference.
With career aspirations in entertainment or sports, Heidi aims to work as an agent or publicist. Her ultimate goal is to secure a position at a prestigious "Big 4" talent agency, where she can represent clients, negotiate contracts and manage publicity.

Camila Garcia Chirino, VP of Chapter Development
Camila is a junior public relations major with a certificate in International Public Relations. She is originally from Burgos, Spain but now lives in Miami. Prior to becoming VP of Chapter Development, Camila served as an active member of PRSSA since her first semester at UF.
Camila works as a student assistant for UF’s PR Department and is frequently involved in work with Alpha PR, UF’s student-run public relations firm. She is a reporter for Noticias WUFT, UF’s Hispanic news station, and is the social media manager for Puppy Hill Farm animal rescue.
Outside of her involvement with PRSSA, Camila enjoys spending time with her friends, reading, going on runs, volunteering at the animal shelter and trying new things.

Silvana Noriega-Saravia, VP of Diversity & Inclusion
Silvana Noriega-Saravia, born and raised in Cartagena, Colombia, is a public relations and political science student at the University of Florida. Her story begins in the heart of her beloved country, which made her realize that the wonder of growing up in a country full of calamities abounds in the privilege of seeing the obstacle as an opportunity to learn, transform and impact global society. After participating in multiple social experiences in Colombia at 18 years old, she migrated to the United States in pursuit of learning from the public relations field as a means to influence people: influence for the greater good, influence for the change, influence for the progress and influence for the society’s growth.
Nowadays, Noriega-Saravia is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at UF PRSSA; an Account Executive at UF Alpha PR, the University of Florida’s student-led public relations firm; and the Social Media Director of the Public Interest Communications Student Association, which promotes strategic communications for positive social change.

Paula Lamus, VP of Programming
Paula is a senior from Miami majoring in public relations with a minor in event management and a concentration in education.
Currently, Paula is an account executive for Alpha PR, a student-run public relations firm, where she works alongside a team to create PR campaigns for pro bono clients. She is also a communications intern for the UF College of Education, where she creates press releases, social media content and manages the student ambassadors for the college. Simultaneously, she is the treasurer of the Public Interest Communications Student Association (PICSA) at UF.
This summer, Paula worked as the Event and Communications Intern for the Latin Tyre & Auto Parts Expo, where she actively worked to create the largest international auto parts trade show in Latin America. Outside of school, Paula loves to socialize with friends, binge TV shows and engage in pop culture.

Elena Limonta, VP of Public Relations
Elena is a junior majoring in public relations and minoring in family, youth and community sciences. She has been a member of PRSSA since her sophomore year and previously served on the social squad. As the VP of Public Relations for PRSSA, she oversees all social media accounts and manages a team of content creators and writers.
Elena works as a student assistant in UF’s Public Relations Department and is an active member of Alpha PR, UF’s student-run public relations firm. She also serves as Vice President of advnt, an student-published creative advertising portfolio. Outside of her involvement with the J-school, Elena enjoys reading, going to the beach and creating oddly specific Spotify playlists.

Samantha Mills, VP of Membership & Finance
Samantha, a sophomore from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is majoring in public relations with a minor in business administration and a certificate in political campaigning. She joined PRSSA as a freshman and currently serves as the Vice President of Membership and Finance.
In addition to her role in PRSSA, Samantha is a student fellow at the Bob Graham Center. Her passion for political public relations led to an internship as a communications intern for District 95 with the Florida House of Representatives this past summer, which deepened her interest in the political sector.

Maria Caballero, Managing Director of Alpha PR
Maria is a fourth-year public relations major with a concentration in business. She was born in Caracas, Venezuela but now lives in Miami. She’s been a member of PRSSA since freshman year and now serves as Managing Director of Alpha PR.
As the head of Alpha PR, she oversees all firm operations and serves as a liaison between the agency and PRSSA. After graduation, Maria hopes to join an agency and dive head into the world of public relations.
Outside of her school commitments, Maria has interned for The Arthur W. Page Society and The Dana Agency. When she’s not at the J-school, you can probably find her binge watching a new TV show, cheering on her favorite sports teams or playing pickleball.
